Returns must be notified to us within 14 days of receipt.

General 

At Starlight Jewellery we aim for complete satisfaction with every order, however we know this isn’t always possible we therefore offer a return and exchange option on all full price items (excluding: sale items, seconds, customised pieces including alterations and bespoke/custom made items).

All returns and exchanges must be authorised by Starlight Jewellery prior to being returned, Starlight Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any unauthorised returns.

Cancelling an Order

Stock items

Orders for stock items with no personalisation or alteration requests can be cancelled up until the order status is displayed as shipped, and qualify for full refund. Please contact us as soon as possible via the send a message link within your order. 

Orders Containing Alterations, Bespoke Jewellery, Custom Made & Customised Items

These items can be cancelled for a full refund until the materials required have been ordered and/or the item production process has begun, following the purchase and/or production process commencement we are only able to offer partial refunds, please contact us as soon as possible on the phone or via the message us link within you order.

Faulty or Damaged Items

In the unlikely event that your item arrives and is faulty or has been damaged in transit Starlight Jewellery will provide free return postage. Upon receipt of your return a replacement will be shipped to the original shipping address. If the item is out of stock when we receive your return you will be notified and provided with an estimated lead time to dispatch.

Returns 

Changed Your Mind

No problem, let us know within the 14 day return window and your item can be returned for a full refund excluding postage and packaging. To qualify items must be returned unused and in their original packaging. 

Exchanges

If you would like an exchange please let us know in the space provided when booking your return, please ensure you include size and/or colour details as well as the product code, if we’re not sure we’ll email you to confirm before shipping the replacement piece. 

Price Variations

lf the cost of your exchange item is greater than the original piece you will receive an invoice to settle the difference, exchange items will not be dispatched until after the receipt of any shortfall has been settled, where the exchange item value is less than the original this will be refunded to the original payment method provided, we cannot make refunds to alternative payment methods.

To request a refund or exchange please log into your account within 14 days and select the relevant order,  enter the reason for your return in the space provided and whether you would like a refund or an exchange, if you are requesting an exchange please ensure you include size and/or colour details and the product code, if we’re not sure we’ll email you to confirm before shipping the replacement piece.
