Packages are generally dispatched within 24 hours (where items are in stock) after receipt of payment and are shipped via Royal Mail Special delivery with tracking and insurance to the value of your order. Starlight Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays that occur following the dispatch of your order.

Out of Stock Items, Alterations, Customisation & Bespoke Pieces

When placing your order you will receive an automated email with an estimated lead time to dispatch, lead time will vary depending on material availability and your place in the queue, the queue placement is on a first come first served basis unless there are issues obtaining the materials for your specific design, we aim to complete orders for out of stock items within 14 days but this cannot be guaranteed, once your order has been processed you will receive further emails with  more precise lead times tailored to your specific order, all lead times are our best estimate and Starlight Jewellery cannot be held responsible for any delays caused by third material suppliers, we are committed to providing the best customer experience possible and will therefore communicate progress updates to you via email every step of the way.

Packaging

Items are shipped as standard in a black velveteen anti-tarnish drawstring pouch and are well packaged in padded envelopes, other options including boxes and gift wrapping are available on the product page at an additional cost.

Delivery Fees

Handling fees are fixed, whereas transport fees vary according to total weight and value of your order and will calculated at checkout. We advise you to group items together in one order, we cannot group two distinct orders placed separately, and shipping fees will apply to each of them. Delivery fees are non refundable once that status of your order has been marked as dispatched/shipped.
